great central spot for exploring nearby parks and attractions

During my stay, I felt like I was right at home since the staff really treated me like family and the hotel was super clean with useful amenities like a microwave and refrigerator in the room, which made my weekend getaway even more enjoyable. that being said, the hotel could improve by clearing out the back stairway area a bit since it seemed a little cluttered.

Conveniently located right off the highway, the room was spacious and clean.

The hotel is fine for what it is. It had a bed,

tv, microwave, and fridge that worked, so it met my basic needs. However, the overall condition of the hotel felt quite aged, and the surrounding area had some questionable characters during my stay.

A huge room but odd smells

Our king suite had ample space, and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel staff were also very pleasant, making our stay more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the room had unsettling smoke and pet odors. The bathroom could use a deep clean, especially the shower and tub.

The King room was clean and cozy, and I loved that the shower had great pressure and always had hot water! There’s a nice pool to relax by and a lobby area with tasty coffee available 24/7. It was a bit noisy at night, but overall, a great stay and solid value for the price! ☕

Traveling with my family presented some challenges here. The king studio suite offered a spacious layout and comfortable bed, but housekeeping failed to consistently stock our room with enough linens, requiring multiple requests for basic items. On one occasion, I received a washcloth from a clerk with visibly unclean hands. While the property was conveniently located near restaurants, the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance issues undermined the pleasant experience we hoped for.

My stay was quite nice with comfortable beds and a spacious king studio suite. The staff was friendly and accommodating It was refreshing compared to previous stays in ripley where noise was a major problem at other hotels.

I stayed in a King Room and it was pretty comfy. The bed was nice, but the HVAC fan was weak—it hardly circulated air. The room was clean, and I loved having coffee available 24/7. WiFi was hit or miss though, which was annoying. Honestly, a few small things could be better, but it wasn't a bad experience overall.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with restaurant recommendations during my first stay, making it memorable. I highly recommend staying here for a romantic escape.

the room was aged and had some minor issues. but the staff was super friendly and helpful! the bed was huge and really comfy. plus the location was convenient, right off the highway! loved the big flat screen too! !

Solo traveler seeking comfort

The coffee was always available and very good, I appreciated that a lot. Also found the area clean and supplied which gave a good impression right away.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the service, I found it acceptable.
